As per the information available on Mysore University DDE website, The M.Sc Food Science and nutrition course is not available through the distance mode. Please SEE http://dde.uni-Mysore.ac.in/
However the asked course is available at University of Mysore in regular Mode.

B.Sc. (Hons. ). Food Technology:- Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology or Food Processing as vocational subject) or equivalent
B.Sc. (Nutrition & Dietetics):- Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent. Thanks.
