Degree in Home Science, Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science and Quality Control and Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, B.Sc.Nursing, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, BHMS, BAMS and any related subjects. The candidates should have completed the undergraduate programme with not less than 55% marks.

Candidate who have completed B.Sc. (Family and Community Sciences) with specialization in Nutrition are also eligible for admission.
Or
B.Sc. (Vocational) with specialization in Food Science and Quality control or Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics or Food Science and Technology or B.Tech. Food Science and Technology are also eligible for admission.
Final Selection
Candidates are selected based on performance in and marks obtained in graduation.
