No, you cannot do LL.B. course. The minimum eligibility criteria of LLB course is a Bachelors degree with minimum 50% of marks for General, 45% for OBCs and 40% for SC/ST.

Yes, you are eligible for NEET and BVSC Ah. The eligibility criteria of NEET and BVSC. AH is class 12th with a minimum of 50% of marks in PCB for general candidates. So, you can apply for NEET and BVSC AH course.
