Heritage Institute of Technology is a good option. HIT offers a B.Tech. in Computer Science that is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The course curriculum is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in computer Science and engineering.

Your internal grades are a little skewed because 50% of them are determined by your conduct, Viva, and attendance, all of which are under the teacher's control. Although the semester does count the most, you also need strong internal grades if you want to get a high GPA. If you have good attendance, you might receive Grace marks.
Moral: Attend classes in Autonomy regardless of how good or horrible they are if you want to do well on internals. This is the rationale for the 60% attendance requirement, below which you won't be allowed to take the internal exams. Happy New Year:)

Based on the information you have provided, it is unlikely that you will be able to get a specialisation branch of CSE in Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata with a WBJEE rank of 14853. Tuition fee is calculated on the basis of 1st year. Actual amount may vary.
Hostel fee mentioned above is for cheapest option available. Meal Plan is not included in mentioned fee.

The candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with an aggregate of 55% marks in your class 12 is required for B.A. in Economics at Heritage College, Kolkata for the general category candidates and 50 percent required for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/OBC/EwS category.

Yes, B.A. is offered at Heritage College, Kolkata. The total tuition Fees for Bachelor of Arts is INR 1.89 Lakh (for 3 years). The course consists of electives such as History, Sociology, Philosophy or Economics and Political Science (if not opted for Economics). Recruiting Companies are include British Telecom, Cognizant, Deloitte, Godrej and Boyce, ICRA, Infosys, Macleods, Reuters, The Hindu, etc.
