HITSEEE Application Form

HITSEEE application form can be submitted till April 22, 2026. Candidates can click on the link provided on the HITSEEE application portal, apply.hindustanuniv.ac.in/hitseee to apply for the exam. HITSEEE 2026 exam dates are from April 27 to May 2, 2026.

The application form will be available till April 22, 2026. Candidates can apply for the exam by visiting the HITSEEE application portal, apply.hindustanuniv.ac.in/hitseee. HITSEEE 2026 exam dates are from April 27 to May 2, 2026.

It is not necessary to send a hard copy of HITSEEE 2026 application form to the concerned authority. The candidates must submit the form only online. It is better to keep a printed copy of the completed application form for the reference of the candidates. 

HITSEEE application form is currently available on official website. Candidates must apply for HITSEEE before April 22, 2026. The HITSEEE application form will not be accepted after last date.

• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Mobile number
• Email ID
• Blood group
• Religion
• Mother tongue
• Place of birth     
• Name of the school/board
• Fill the subjects/stream
• Year of passing
• Result status
• Marking scheme
• Percentage obtained
• Then fill marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
• Select the course, then fill second course preference and fill third course preference
