Following details will be required to fill HITSEEE 2026 application form.
- Fill candidate's name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Mobile number
- Email ID
- Blood group
- Religion
- Mother tongue
- Place of birth
- Name of the school/board
- Fill the subjects/stream
- Year of passing
- Result status
- Marking scheme
- Percentage obtained
- Then fill marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
- Select the course, then fill in the second-course preference and fill in the third-course preference

The photo and signature should be in JPEG/JPG format. The file size should be between 100 KB and 200 KB.
