Homeopath

The postgraduate MD (Homoeopathy) programme has started with 3 courses, namely Homoeopathic Material Medical, Organon of Medicine, and Homoeopathic Philosophy and Repertory. The course is regulated by the Central Council of Homeopathy. Eligibility for MD in Homoeopathy: Candidates must have completed the BHMS (Direct or Graded) degree or its equivalent, as determined by the Central Council of Homoeopathy.
1- Those who completed the prescribed internship on or before the deadline for application submission alone are eligible for admission.
2- Candidates aspiring to pursue the course need to have a BHM degree with a minimum aggregate score of 60% from a university recognised by the Medical Council of India.

There is a good scope in hospital management for BHMS graduates. With the increase of hospitals, the demand for the hospital managers & administrators is also increasing. If you make a career in administration or management side you can find better job opportunities. There are many courses available for skill enhancement of BHMS graduates. You can work in hospital operations, hospital quality, hospital business operations, hospital planning and hospital marketing. These days even government hospitals under NHM hire hospital administrator. Apart from that door to many opportunities (hospitals, consultancies, MNCs, advisories) in different healthcare sector opens with this course. I would suggest you to do it from IHMR or TISS.
