It may be difficult to get a seat in a government college for B.Sc. agricultural or Horticulture if your KCET score is 50000 and your agricultural practical score is 8500. You could still be able to enroll in private colleges, though. The minimum requirements for admission vary from institution to college and are also influenced by things like the volume of applications, the level of exam difficulty, and the number of seats available. Maintaining your options open by submitting applications to several universities is always a good idea.

ICAR AIEEA 2023 has been discontinued and replaced by CUET 2023 for undergraduate agriculture admission
Those who wish to opt for stream-A in the entrance exam must have passed 10+2 with Physics Chemistry and Biology/Agriculture/Home Science subjects. Those who wish to opt for stream-B have to pass 10+2 with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. There would be 3 sections in the ICAR AIEEA exam. Depending upon the candidate stream, the sections are Physics (section 1), Chemistry section 2), Biology or Agriculture or Mathematics ( section 3). So either you can opt for Biology/ Agriculture or Mathematics.

Obtaining a Ph.D. requires many years of dedication and hard work, and not to forget, years of college tuition. Without adequate financial support, it would be tough for academics to pursue a Ph.D. Thankfully, there are many scholarships for Ph.D. available for students and applicants in India.
