Your experience in the field gives you the option to study more based on what you have experienced. You can show your future institution the work experience and get enrolled for a Masters Degree. For people, I have met in the industry don't have a Bachelor's degree but have acquired a master's degree based on their experience. So yes if not a Bachelor's degree, the experience can definitely fetch you a Masters degree.
