No, the admission is totally based on your class 12th marks. The minimum eligibility differs from 50% to 60% in different institutes.

Dear Subhajit, Not really needed to have completed a Bachelors degree to acquire an MBA in Hospitality Management. But yes experience is very important. Your experience in the field gives you the option to study more based on what you have experienced. You can show your future institution the work experience and get enrolled for a Masters Degree. For people, I have met in the industry don't have a Bachelor's degree but have acquired a master's degree based on their experience. So yes if not a Bachelor's degree, the experience can definitely fetch you a Masters degree.

Yes, sure, you can choose a college outside of Delhi of your choice. You can go outside of Delhi like Jaipur, Shillong, Shimla and so on.

Yes. They do accept it. National Institute of Open Schooling is an organisation run by central government. They have complete authority to conduct board exam and no one can question their validity. The certificates issued by NIOS is hundred percent valid. Please check the below link for Univeristies in Australia for Hospitality Management studies.
