I personally recommend you Travel and Tourism as it has more fundamental opportunities in the future trend. Jobs vacancies will be more in Tourism sector. Have a core and practical experiences in Heritage or renowned Hotels so you get a better recommendation for upgrading you profile with respect to your salary package.

Yes, it's best there. But It's not necessary to do hospitality management from Australia only. There are a lot of colleges in India like-
IHM, Mumbai
IHM, Chennai
IHM, Bangalore
IHM, Ahmedabad.

Yes, B.Sc in hospitality can be pursued. But, the question is why you want to pursue it after third year B.Com.
If you are already in third year B.Com, then go for M.Com or MBA. If hospitality is something which you are fascinated about, then do some small courses in hospitality or hotel management instead of spending 3 years for B.Sc.
You already have a B.Com degree, then go ahead for a master's degree or professional courses.
