Hi,
Yes, you can get admission in Annamalai University, if you cannot visit directly to university. The university has various centers in all parts of India, where students can do their admission procedure there itself. All you have to do is to find out center in your place, or if not you can take admission online also on Annamalai University website.

You need to go to a culinary school which is usually of 3 years in the UK, perhaps 4 years in the USA. The courses start with the first year of learning basic techniques which you pass with an exam.

Hotel management is better than hospitality management because if you are a resident of India, you must definitely be aware of the term Atithi Devo Bhava which means that guest is a manifestation of God. One of the sectors whose complete focus is on taking care of each and every individual visiting India is the Travel and Tourism department. They try to welcome, appreciate, and value their guests in such a manner that they consider returning soon.

If you are looking for colleges like IHM which fall under government then you have to appear for an entrance but if you want to go for an autonomous institute, they take the internal entrance exam for their college or else in some situations, an entrance exam is not required.

Hi Aman,
Admission to the course is generally done on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2. As such, there are no specific entrance tests for this course. Admission process may vary for the different university.
Regards.
