Hi Liji,
To pursue MBA irrespective of the specialisation, you would be required to complete Bachelor's degree (4 year degree if you want to study in USA), take the GMAT or GRE, IELTS or TOEFL and gain work experience of 2-3 years. To further pursue MBA in Hospital management, you must have relevant work experience that is in a hospital set up etc. For fee and university specific requirements check here:

Hi Joban,
Admission chances are low with your IELTS score. Typically for PG level programs an IELTS score of 6.5 with no section less than 6. You may check for English language bridge courses offered by the universities/colleges though. Admissions will also majorly depend on your academic percentile.
