Now Diploma is an obsolete course in hotel management. You may plan for Bachelor's degree in HM or Diploma in aviation and tourism can be done, if not interested to apply for one more graduation.

Dear Danish,
What do you mean by Hotel Manager? There is nothing called "Hotel Manager" in a 5 star property. They call the over-all In-charge as "General Manager(GM)". Hotel Manager is generally for small hotels where Manager looks after the complete operations. Otherwise, in big hotels, you have separate Managers for all 4 core departments who report to the GM.
If you want to get into a Leadership role, you must have Leadership skill and good communication skills. After joining the MT programme, you gradually move up the ladder.
