While filling out the HPCET application form, the candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature as per the offiical specifications. The recent coloured scanned passport-size photograph should be 3.5cm x 4.5cm in dimension. For both the photograph and signature, the file size is maximum 100KB. Both the scanned documents should be uploaded in JPEG/JPG/PNG/PDF format.

To participate in the entrance exam, the candidates had to fill out and submit the application form before the final date i.e., April 23, 2025. A password also has to be generated for future login. After the registration is done, the candidates will have to log in and fill out the application form with the required personal, academic and contact details. Next, the candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature, as per the official specifications. Finally, the application fee has to be paid online.

While filling out the HPCET application form, the candidates will have to pay the fee to be registered for the examination and admission process. Candidates will be able to make the fee payment online i.e., through net banking/debit card/credit card/UPI. SC/ST/BPL category candidates have to pay INR 800 as the HPCET application fee, while other category candidates will have to pay INR 1,600. If the candidates are not able to pay the fee, then the application will not be accepted.
