Choice filling is one of the stages of the HSTES counselling process. After the HSTES counselling registration and document verification, candidates can log in to select their preferred courses and colleges from the available options. The number of seats at each institution will be displayed based on eligibility and category. Candidates will only see options for which they are eligible.

After candidates successfully submit the HSTES application form, they must undergo a document verification process. BPharm candidates, however, need to first qualify in the Online Common Entrance Test (OCET).
To participate in the centralized online HSTES counseling, candidates are required to upload their certificates and documents on the website by the specified key dates. A merit list will be published based on qualifying exam marks for all candidates, except those in the BE/BTech course.
