The official website for HSTES counselling is hstes.org.in. The official website hosts the important dates for HSTES counselling alongwith all the detaols for HSTES counselling held for BE/BTech, BTech (LE), BArch, BPharm/BPharm (LE), and Diploma courses. All latest updates regtading the HSTES counselling is updated on the official website only. Also, candidates have to register for the counselling process through the link hosted on the official website only.

There will be an Online Common Entrance Test (OCET) for all the students of 10+2 PCM/PCB streams who are seeking admission to the BPharmacy course in Haryana. The test has 90 objective types Multiple Choice of Questions (MCQs). Each question carries one mark. A separate rank-wise merit list for the test will be prepared. All candidates are advised to be conversant with the handling of keyboard and mouse.
The admission will be made based on inter-se rank obtained in OCET and as per the choice of Branch/Institution filled by the candidate at the time of locking of choices in HSTES counselling.

The B.Tech. eligibility criteria for HSTES are mentioned below:
Minimum Academic Qualifications for B.E./B.Tech:
A candidate should pass a 10+2 examination from a recognised board in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Biotechnology or subjects.
Diploma in Engineering holders can also apply for HSTES B.Tech. admission under the Lateral Entry scheme. Candidates must have at least 45% marks in Class 12 or Diploma in Engineering.
