Greetings Ali, IFIM is good for placements. In IFIM there's a 100% record every year. Companies like Oracle, Biocon, Microland and many more companies and also as per the requirements they come for the recruitment. Average package is around Rs.6.5 lakhs p.a.

The placements at M S Ramaiah is excellent . Last batch(2014-2016) more 97% of the students got placed .
The highest package at M S Ramaiah is Rs.14 lakhs per annum and average package is Rs.4.21 lakhs per aanum and the lowest package is Rs.3 lakhs per annum .
As the college provides dual specialization course , it gives more opportunities to get a good package .

It is true that finance and marketing specializations have a ton of offers, but it does not mean than other departments are doing bad. Choose what you love doing and don't worry about placements, eventually you'll end up well.

Nandini, BBA HR is better as you will have wider career prospects with it. After BBA Hosp.Adm., your career prospects would be confined to healthcare field but with BBA HR you can have a career in Healthcare field too but this is not possible with BBA Hosp.Adm.
Many good universities in the country offering BBA (with different specializations) and are having good placement record too are Sharda, Lovely, Manipal etc. Some of these universities offer scholarships too.

The Placement Cell of the college supports and guides students for good placements.
Many of the core faculty members of the institute are PhD holders and some are pursuing their PhD, they have a vast industry experience and are updated with the latest industry trends.

The placements for HR is quicker because the number of students is limited to 20 hence the more focus is on HR. The average is around Rs.5-6 lakhs p.a. overall.
