A total number 360 seats are offered for B.A. programs in Jai Hind College, out of which 240 seats are offered for B.A. ( Bachelor's of Arts) and 120 seats are offered for B.A. in Advertising and Journalism.
In B.A., Students can choose subjects from Economics, English, History, Philosophy, Pol. Sc., Commerce and Psychology. The total fee for a 3 year course starts from INR 23K.
For B.A in Advertising and Journalism fee may go around 1.2 Lakhs for a 3 year course.

Yes, you can easily get BA at College of Vocational Studies, University of Delhi with a score of 88% in CUET Exam but the courses available will be different.
At 88%,
for general category-
you can get BA in Hindi, Small and Medium Enterprises, Materials Management, and on border chances to get Management and Marketing Of Insurance.
for obc category -
You can get any desired course of BA at College of Vocational Studies, University of Delhi.
The same goes for SC, ST and PwD cadidates.

Jai Hind College, on comparison with VES's College of Arts, Science & Commerce, is better to pursue B.A. According to recent reviews Jai Hind College ( out of 5 ) is given 4.9 for campus and crowd, 4.7 for faculty and 4.6 for value for money, which is far better from VES's College of Arts, Science & Commerce. Also, Jai Hind College is graded "A " by NAAC, which is plus point and should be considered while taking admission. If we take placements into consideration Jai Hind college offered INR 3.63 LPA whereas VES's College of Arts, Science & Commerce only offered INR 2.63 LPA, which makes a huge difference.
