Entrance exams are not required for admissions at Amity University. The college offers around ten undergraduate BA courses and admissions are based on the previous years’ qualifying examination marks. However, candidates should check the eligibility criteria for the course they are willing to take admission in. The basic eligibility criteria may change depending on the choice of course of candidates. The eligibility criteria will also differ for the sponsored and non- sponsored candidates.

The semester-wise fee for PhD is INR 75,000. Additionally, the deemed university provides financial assistance towards the tuition fees and stipend to all research students (PhD) of good standing. Normally, full financial assistance requires the student to put in 20 hours of work per week. Financial assistance is provided to all the students during the first semester, but it is continued based on good academic performance.

A PhD student can take the relevant courses in the first one or two semesters, depending on the background, just like a student of MS by research. After the first year, the student works on clearing the PhD qualifying exam which tests his or her breadth of knowledge in the field of study.

BAOU provides a fee concession to female students. The total tuition fee for BA is INR 5,400 for male candidates and for female students is INR 3,600. This given fee is further as per the data collected from different unofficial websites and hence is subject to vary.
