In BA (Honours), you specialize in a particular subject right from the start and receive a thorough grounding in that subject whereas in a regular BA, you study three subjects and get the option to choose your subject of choice only at a later stage in your degree.

Yes sure you can apply for psychology course in cuet even if you have not taken Science stream in your class 12. You just need 3 domain subjects like physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics etc. which you have studied in class 12 for applying in psychology courses. Then you have to appear for these subjects exams in cuet.
