The application process for Ph.D. in Geology at Jiwaji University usually begins in the month of June. The entrance exam is usually conducted in the month of July. The interview is usually conducted in the month of August. The selected candidates will be admitted to the Ph.D. programme in the month of September. The Ph.D. programme in Geology at Jiwaji University is a full-time programme that is offered in the regular mode. The duration of the programme is 3 years. The programme is divided into two phases: the coursework phase and the research phase. The coursework phase is of one year duration. During this phase, the students will be required to complete a number of courses in Geology and related disciplines. The research phase is of two years duration. During this phase, the students will be required to carry out research under the supervision of a faculty member. The students will be required to submit a thesis at the end of the research phase.

The fee for the MSW course offered by UOK Kotak is INR 18,000. Kotak University offers a regular Master of Social Work MSW course in a full-time mode. Admission to this PG course is merit-based. Candidates should qualify for the basic eligibility criteria to be able to get a seat at the University of Kotak. The criteria is that the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 48% aggregate. The University offers 20 seats for the MSW programme. Candidates can avail hostel facilities offered by the University of Kotak. Hostel seat is offered on the basis of merit. The hostel allotment list is uploaded on the hostel notice board. Selected candidates can submit the required documents to get a seat along with the hostel fee. The hostel fee is INR 4,000 (approximately) and mess charges are as per the expenditure by the students.
