With your B.Com qualification, you can apply for M.A. Psychology. There are many universities offering M.A. to graduates. The admission to M.A. Will be two types. Some colleges offer admission based on your B.Com percentage and some colleges are offering based on the entrance test they conduct. The following colleges are offering seats based on the entrance test.
1. Daulat Ram College
2. Indraprastha College for Women
3. Zakir Husain College
These colleges will give seats based on the entrance test conducted by the University of Delhi.

No, it is not possible. You cannot switch from B.A. Programme to B.A. in Mass Communication and Journalism in second year. If you want to pursue B.A. in Mass Communication and Journalism then you have to take admission from first year. You have to start the new course from very beginning of that particular course.

Yes, you can do BA while serving in Indian Army. This Undergraduate course applies a variety of teaching and learning techniques. The six specialisations that UPRTOU provides in its BA programme are Hindi, Sanskrit, English, Urdu, Economics, and Philosophy. The results of the latest qualifying examination determine admission to the undergraduate degree-level course. Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University accepts BA applications as per the eligibility criteria. Candidates applying for the course have to provide the relevant documents as well. A seat is confirmed after the payment of the course fee at the time of admission.
