Under the faculty of Science and Arts, the college offers UG courses in 13 topics and PG programmes in 11 subjects. DBS is well-known for its emphasis on science courses. Additionally, the college offers self-financing and add-on/vocational courses. For UG courses, you must have completed your 10+2 requirements, whereas PG programmes require a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

You must enrol in this course via correspondence. MDU provides both regular and online courses. You can select the course that best suits your interests. The average student enrolled in a standard programme is required to attend many classes each week as part of his education. However, you are not required to attend class for a remote learning programme. Rothak's Maharshi Dayanand University does not offer a B.A. B.Ed course for undergraduates. In relation to your postgraduate subject, you should also be ready for the national Eligibility Test (NET), which is administered by CSIR-UGC. Whether you wish to work as a TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) or PGT depends entirely on your teaching goals ( Post Graduate Tecaher). You must pursue a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or ETT in order to work as a TGT ( Elementry teacher Training). After completing your postgraduate degree, you must undertake the same procedure to become a PGT. You must take an entrance exam to be considered for B.Ed. Admission.
