This course introduces various departments of hotels and resorts, their functions, the contribution of each department in the hotel business, internal management of hospitality, work culture, style, profiles, and opportunities. This course provides a comprehensive analysis of individual and group behavior in organizations. Its purpose is to provide an understanding of how organizations can be managed more effectively and at the same time enhance the quality of employees' work life. Introduces the application of economic models in making managerial decisions fructify into successful business propositions and includes knowledge on a variety of tourism destinations and cultural destinations of India. Focuses on recent trends and the potential of the tourism industry. The NIRF ranking of LPU in the management programs is 37.
