It's 3 years course and it's fee is around Rs 15521 per year and A 10+2 pass with 40% of aggregate marks is the minimum requirement to get eligible for BA admission.

If you discontinued your research after 2003, then you can view the status of your research at your institute and you may rejoin to complete it. If your research status was removed, then you can apply for admission.

Ph.D. is Interdisciplinary, So you can choose any topic related to Chemistry. I recommend you to do your research in Top research institutes like IISc, IISERs, IITs, BHU, DU, etc.

Hello, I am afraid that you are thinking ahead of time. It's great but unfortunately not feasible in today's environment. UGC and universities decide on the requirements of subjects that a student must pass to get a degree of B.A. Or B.Sc. Or B.Com etc. In national education policy, lots of freedom is given to students to select subjects to get credits and ultimately a degree. Best wishes to you.

General Eligibility for Ph.D. Chemistry admission is 60% aggregate score in M.Sc. Chemistry
General Admission Procedure : Candidates are selected through an entrance exam and an interview
CSIR NET (JRF) is not compulsory for Ph.D. admission but it relaxes you from entrance exams conducted by specific institutes and allows you to get a monthly stipend of 31k rupees.
