There are no such issues related with the changing in courses stream. Changing in course stream is not punishable and students can change the streams as per their requirements. So you can change your stream from B.A. To B.Tech.

Yes you can do the M.A. In Political Science from IGNOU after graduation in engineering. The eligibility criteria is given below. Eligibility : Bachelors degree or a higher degree in any discipline from a recognised University. Course fee : Rs 9000/.

The student completed graduation with minimum 50% marks in any stream is eligible to do MBA. Even a final year graduation student whose graduation completed by June can also apply for admission in MBA which session starts from July/August. Thus, if you are in the final year of your B.A. Programme and your course will get completed by June. You can apply for MBA.
