Firstly you be clear with your ultimate goal after M.A. In English ( Academics, competition, copywriter or any other ). Then you make list of college from where you wish to do M.A. In English. Few good college for PG in English literature are JNU, LPU, BHU, EFLU, Central Universities, Central University of Hyderabad etc. You need good knowledge of English language as well as literature. A good preparation of 6 month is enough to crack entrance exams like CUCET BHU etc.

Integrated course save time, money, good knowledge of subject and you remain focused toward a expertise in a stream. But there are few colleges offering in integrated form. Students with Psychology as special subject at B.A. Degree can apply for M.A. In Psychology course. Students can opt for Industrial Psychology or Clinical Psychology. The intake capacity for M.A. (Psychology) is 24. Admission is based on Entrance exam only. So from above if you have studied Psychology as subject at graduation level, than can be eligible for PG Psychology course otherwise not.
