Depends on the institutes policies for example D. U has a cut-off requirement for getting into the course but other universities require one to give an entrance exam and even interviews to get into the course.

Well with the global pandemic, the usual timing can be about off but with the latest information from the government. The college's are hoping to begin classes by August, so the admission will be online and begin from late June to early july. But if the conditions detoriates it might take longer for the institutes to open their doors to students. So I would recommend keeping an eye on the website of your interested institutes as some universities like D. U have already released their admission forms.
