Yes, you can do it from distance mode, as you have a Bachelor degree. You can look at IGNOU or Annamalai University. These are good universities offering post graduate course through distance. Regards.

No, you cannot do BA after a gap of 4 years. You will have to re take admission in the University for this Course.
