Yes, you can do MA after MBA.
Any graduate student can apply for an MA in Politics & International relations.
I would suggest - you first set up your mind - what exactly you want to do as career.
Accordingly choose the Subjects.

Admission for MA is based on your Bachelors. Most of the colleges ask for Bachelors in the same subject with minimum 50%. If you have this, then you can do this course without any doubt.

Usually, all the colleges for Bachelors has same subject, which you want to do in Masters. But, some universities allow you to change your stream in Masters. Those universities offers degree in any subject you like. So, you can do MA in any subject you like.
