That's a great thing you should definitely do the course. But, while doing it from distance you have to clear the cut off list of the college you are going to choose.

If you are in reserved category, you are eligible. As minimum percentage for reserved category is 50% and for unreserved category is 55%. Good luck.

Yes, you can surely apply for any University and by clearing the CET for JMC in IPU or at DU, you can take admission there.

Fee structure of MJMC is similar to BJMC, you have to pay 70 to 80 thousand per year or in DU you have to have to pay Rupees 10 to 20 thousand.

Technically, you can do a Masters if you have Bachelors. But, when you apply for a Masters in fashion design the requirements are to submit a portfolio. These portfolios are really elaborate. For example 12 garments designed and sewn by you. Fit on a model with pictures taken, etc. Also, there might be a design challenge. So, if you have your portfolio you can surely apply for M.Des.
