Yes, you are fully eligible for the course.
If you belong to general category, then you will not get admission because cut off for general category is very high.
But if you belong to SC category, then you will surely get admission.

Your percentage is very low for Hindu college. But you had chance to get admission in Hindu college if you belong to ST category in last cut off released by Delhi University.
