Both are absolutely good and best in their respective field. So if you love humanities you can study BA, and if you want to land up to Corporate do BM.
So, it is unto you which to choose. Hence, think wisely and go as per your choice.

Some may accept some may not accept.
So, please go visit the university and get full in more details.
I can't assure you about acceptance, but as per my knowledge some college under Nehu do accept.

Generally, there are more questions related to Japan and China if you select any languages from that group (cluster.) Manorama year book is really helpful. Learn who is who segment from this book for sure. You also need to work on English. Generally, they ask for articles, prepositions, and verbs. You should be updated with the recent things as there will be a paragraph for any recent issue (like elections).
