You can refer to specific books like Bipin Chandra and Ramachandra Guha, they are very helpful and also go through NCERT if you have enough time then do read EPW which is quite helpful in entrance exams of JNU. Do take a look at the last 5 years question paper. Try to solve them.

Yes, you can do psychology after B.Com degree. You can apply in top universities after completing graduation with minimum 50% of marks. Yes you can apply in following exams -
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham: All India Entrance Examination. Delhi University M.A. Applied Psychology entrance exam. And many more.
