Eligibility :- Every candidate for admission to the course for the Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare must have passed the Bachelors degree examination in any faculty either of this University or of other Universities whose examinations are recognized as equivalent to the corresponding examinations of this University.

Yes, you are eligible as the cut off for most Universities is 65%, however it may vary from University to University, check out with the University you want to apply to, if I may suggest check out Deakin, RMIT, University of Sydney, UOWS to mention a few, however please select a course of 2 years duration as 1 year one will not make you eligible for a Post study work visa.
