There are some criteria in education field, if you are done with your Master's degree, then surely you are eligible for work as assistant professor in some private colleges. But, when you are clear competitive exams like NET/SLET, you are eligible to work as an assistant professor in private and Government College, depends upon it's vacancy and work experience. MBA is never a bad option for anyone. I would say, you should definitely go for MBA. BA plus MBA sounds good, and also would give you a strong CV.
