At this age, you can easily do BA but it's better to take distance courses. I know about Annamalai University where you can easily pursue any course.

You should select first the university. You want to do from distance or regular. For admission to BA English your class 12 marks will be considered many universities have entrance for it. All the best.

Boards don't make you linguist nor can help you become one by force or special help. I have seen many linguist in both Indian or quite many foreign language including English whose student life clearly expressed their passion and opting for more than classwork sort of things. Yes, ICSE has a great pattern to feed your passion but then you need to work more honestly. So, best wishes from my end. :)

As per my knowledge and experience in some colleges like Sikh colleges, they provide the Sikh quota like in Khalsa College but not all colleges give you Sikh quota. So, do hard work and grab the good college for BA LLB .

2) Marketing
3) Human Resource
4) Information Technology
5) Operations
You can choose any one according to your interest.

You need to go to your college and ask this question because they may have various terms and conditions for re examination of student.

As per my knowledge and experience, if you want to take BA English Hons with BCom as additional subject. It depends on university. If you wish to take admission, many universities provide it as additional subject, many not. So, you have to query University.
