This is a very subjective question and unclear too. Even though I would try to answer it. You can go for Bachelors in Urdu then enrol for the Master of Urdu and give NET-JRF and begin your career as an assistant professor or Ph.D in Urdu.

You should choose economics, if you want to pursue CA, as it will help you in cracking CPT (entrance test) one of the subject in CPT is economics.

Due to the emergence of health sector now the scope for public health is really high and I am not much aware of the papers from the Assam social work. But, I can assure the overall learning will be very good enough and explorative.

Yes, of course, it will help you. Psychology and counselling are interrelated and interdependent. They both go hand in hand. So yes, it is a great course to be pursued if you want to go ahead as a counsellor.
