There seems to be some confusion in your mind. Normally speaking, distance education means that you will not be joining any college but studying in your free time at home. You need only to download brochure cum application form, fill it up and submit online. You get registered and the process begins. That's all.

Yes, you can indeed seek admission for PG in Public Administration, provided you fulfil other criteria of marks in graduation and marks in entrance exam etc.

For admission in MLIS, you need to have B.Lib I.Sc, as a mandatory course. You must have passed Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science from Dibrugarh University or any other university recognized as equivalent.

Hello Jyoti, It's indeed gratifying to know your dream of studying further. My first advise would be to complete your PG in the same subject as your B.A. However if you are interested in studying only for the sake of knowledge, then psychology is one of the best subject. Else you can do second graduation in subject that fascinates you now. Best wishes.
