Many companies look for International Relations graduates as representatives of their companies. There are many jobs that you can do through international relations like consultancy, advisor, diplomat, international organization.

I think you may try but chances are less because most of the universities/institutes require that the candidates should have at least five years of experience as an executive or an administrator in a commercial/government establishment/registered organization after passing the Bachelor's degree examination.

Minimum 50 percent in Bachelors degree from a recognized university is the eligibility for giving entrance exam in DU for MA in English.
Entrance exam is mandatory. So your BA pass percentage meets the requirements of the DU eligibility criteria for MA in English
