Hi Poonam!
I don't understand why your concepts are not clear while you are in 3rd year now. Please contact your faculty to help you with the concepts, else you will obviously face difficulties in the future if your foundation is not strong. What you learn in your graduation is very important to build a strong base for your career or even post-graduation.

In order to work in a BPO sector, you need to be well versed in the English language. There is no specific language which we can consider as it totally depends on the process which a BPO you are planning to work in has. There are 3 types of courses to pursue for a career in foreign languages, ie. , Certificate course, Diploma course and Degree courses. The eligibility for certificate and degree courses is 10+2. In most of the places eligibility for the Diploma course is the certificate course in that language.

Hello Anjali,
Eligibility of the Master of Business Administration [MBA] (Business Economics) The minimum eligibility for MBA (BE) is at least 50% marks in graduation in any discipline. However, certain institutes give preference to candidates with a background in commerce and economics. I hope this will help you. Thank you.
