Some universities do permit this kind of shift. So, you need to check with your college. If they don't allow, then you will have to seek fresh admission in arts first year.

Yes, it is necessary to have Maths as a subject in 12th if you want to study Economics Hons. in DU. But if you belong to SC/ST category, its a good news for you as you would be exempted from this rule.

Yes, it is possible. You can send your 1st & 2nd year mark sheet to the desired college as they will map the same and allow admission.

Hi Aradhya,
Well known course options are certificate courses, diploma courses and bachelor degree. Popular options include
Certificate in Library and Information Science (C.LISc.)
Diploma in Library Science (D.Lib.)
Diploma in Library and Information Science (D.LISc.)
Bachelor in Library Science (B.Lib.)
Bachelor in Library and Information Science (B.LISc.)
A bachelor degree is better for better prospects. You can later opt for a Masters course.

You can pursue but it wont be too feasible without a foundation in mathematics. You may enrol into BA Economics but colleges will also prefer students with a maths background particularly.

If you have scored 52 percent marks in class 12th (science) then you should opt for BCA or BBA. After completing BBA or BCA, you can easily apply for a government job or get placed in a good firm. You can even pursue MBA after completing BCA or BBA.
