No, the regular BA course still has 3-year duration. It depends on specific specialisation and if you're pursuing a BA (Hons.). Some hons courses can be of 4 years. Since they are intended to provide an in-depth understanding in a specific area of study.

The answer depends on your financial budget, career goals, and interests. Pursuing a BA course abroad will definitely give you more career opportunities, higher salary prospects, and more networking options, but at the same time, it is also very expensive, can take a toll on your mental health, give you a cultural shock, and so on. In my opinion, you should consider all the facts and analyze if it is worth it for you.

Integrated Courses are dual courses that are completed one after the other in the same educational institute. On completion of the integrated course, candidates are provided with two degrees. If a candidate discontinues after completing one course, then the college will provide only one degree.
Additionally, B.A (full form: Bachelor of Arts)-integrated courses are often pursued by candidates as they can earn two degrees in relatively less time. Candidates can find below some Integrated Courses of BA along with a brief course description, course duration, and providing institutes:
| Integrated BA Degrees | Integrated B.A Course Details |

| B.Ed (Education) | B.Ed (Education) stands for Bachelor of Education. It is an integrated course that combines a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a Bachelor of Education (B Ed) degree, a training programme wherein motto is to prepare middle and secondary school teachers. |
| BA+MBA (Management) | BA+MBA is a combined degree programme that allows students to earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and helps to get a job in the field of arts, Marketing, finance, operations, etc. |
| BA+MA | BA+MA stands for Bachelor of Arts (B.A)/ Master of Arts (MA) and is a programme that allows eligible students to pursue both undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the same time. |

The most popular entrance exam for MA courses is the CUET PG, since it's a national-level common entrance test, and its scores are accepted by thousands of colleges in India and even abroad. Other than this, JMI Entrance, CPGET, IPU CET, etc., are also very popular university-level entrance tests.
