The admission process for B.A (Hons.) at Gauhati University:

1. check eligibility - you must have passed 12th with 50% aggregate
2. obtain your DHE unique ID- first register in the assam department of higher education portal to get your DHE unique ID. *You cannot submit you GU form without this*
3. Regsiter on SAMARTH portal
4. Fill & submit the GU application form
5. Merit list & counselling 
6. Final admission

If you are a girl, you have an option Sunderwati Mahila College which has integrated course of BA +B.Ed . Otherwise there are no other colleges in Bhagalpur who offers integrated course, you have to do all it seperately . Doing seperately is also a good option to study .
