Yes, there is a fee concession available for students belonging to EWS category in the MA (Administration) programme at MIT-School of Civil Services. For two year MA, EWS students have to pay the course fee of INR 1.75 lakh. If they continue the programme in the third year at MIT-SICS, they have to pay fee of INR 2.25 lakh.

No, it is not mandatory to continue the MA (Administration) programme at MIT-School of Indian Civil Services in the third year. In the third year, students attend lectures of optional subjects of UPSC CSE exam (History, Geography, Political Science). They also appear for 5 Mock Exams as per the pattern of UPSC/State PSCs.
