IAM Kolkata and IHM Jaipur are both reputed institutes for hotel management and Tourism Studies in India. According to the official placement reports of the IIHM Jaipur, it provides 100% placements. Likewise, IAM Kolkata also claims that it provides 100% placement opportunities to its students.
According to the reviews- The average annual package offered at IIHM, Jaipur for a BA in Hospitality Management is INR 2 to 3 LPA while the highest package offered till now is INR 4.60 LPA. On the other hand, IAM Kolkata offers a maximum salary -of INR 4 LPA. Usually, the offered pay range is from INR 2.5 to 3 LPA per year on average.

Yes you can pursue MSW course or Master of Social Work course without pursuing a BSW or Bachelor of Social Work course. You should be a graduate to pursue MSW. Make sure that you have secured at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply for the course. Also ensure that you have studied from a recognised institute. It is not compulsory that you should have completed BSW course to pursue MSW though BSW graduates would be able to better understand cencepts covered MSW course.

To grant admission to candidates for hotel management programmes, the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) administers the Electronic Common Hotel Admission Test (eCHAT). The Combined Hospitality Aptitude Test (also known as the IIHM eCHAT entrance exam) is a nationwide exam. The IIHM eCHAT 2026 exam is being held multiple times this year. The course fee for a BA at IAM Kolkata is INR 4.5 lakh. Students can either pay their fees by semester or by one go. IAM Kolkatai offers two specialisations in BA courses i.e., BA in Hospitality Management and BA in Tourism Studies. The selection process for this course is based on the Electronic Common Hospitality Admission Test (IIHM eCHAT) and Online Admission test (Common Hospitality Aptitude Test), followed by the GD and PI.

Yes you can become a teacher after pursuing a BA in International Relations. Some teaching positions especially in the primary sections are open to all graduates. In some schools graduates in International Relations can also become Political Science teachers or Social Studies teachers. If you have pursued a D.Ed or B.Ed courses and have cleared TET exam then you stand a better chance of getting selected by schools. You can also become an tutor and can teach students either in offline or online mode.
