Goa University offers the Merit Scholarship, Free Studentship, Student Aid Fund to BA students. The University also offers the earn while you learn scheme in addition to scholarships from Government and Non-Government agencies. The Directorate of Students Welfare coordinates and supports activities such as financial support through the Student Aid Fund and Earn While You Learn Scheme.

Admission under the UG courses of Banaras Hindu University are based on the individual's merit. BHU is a Central University of India so the students enrolled only through the [CUET-UG] Central University Entrance Test conducted by NTA [National Testing Agency]. A student through valid score in this test are enrolled for further pursuing higher studies under the institution. So a person cannot get direct admission to BHU.
