The entrance exams that are accepted by Ajeenkya DY Patil University-School of Liberal Arts for admission to BA are
- Candidates must appear for the ACET (ADYPU Common Entrance Test)
- After clearing the ACET, candidates attend a Counseling Session and Personal Interview at the ADYPU campus

As per the Directorate of Distance Education, Kurukshetra University admission guidelines, admission to the BA course is entirely merit-based. There are no entrance exam required for admission to the BA course. Candidates only requres twelve years of school education in five subjects of the Board of School Education, Haryana, or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the Kurukshetra University with English as one of the subjects. Therefore, students can join DDE KUK course directly without any entrance exam. However, having a complete qualification is mandatory for the BA admission.
