A BA can improve professional opportunities in a number of ways. A master's degree in a specialist subject, such as political science, psychology, or economics, broadens one's expertise and creates career opportunities in academia or research. Professional programmes in journalism, digital marketing, mass communication, and other subjects equip students with transferable skills for jobs in public relations, advertising, and media. An MBA provides management skills that are essential for entrepreneurial or corporate employment. As an alternative, an LLB in legal studies can lead to employment as a legal counsellor or lawyer.
