SMVDU BA Hons Scholarships are offered to the meritorious students who belong to economically weaker section of the society. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University offers a Merit-cum-Means Scholarship to the students which recognises merit of the BA Hons programme students at all levels and provides scholarships ranging up to five semesters of free education.

Students who are pursuing BA Hons programme at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University can avail scholarships. SMVDU BA Hons Scholarships can be availed by meritorious students based on their semester performance in the BA Hons examinations. These scholarships are available for economically weak students. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University offers the Merit-cum-Means Scholarship to its BA Hons programme students.

BA in Cinema,  BA in Fine Arts, BA in Journalism & Mass Communication,  BA in Event Management, BA in Hospitality & Tourism Management, BA in Photography, are some of the specialisations offered under BA at AAFT University. BA admission is based on AAFT Global Exam, an online aptitude test conducted by the university followed by a personal interview from the AAFT Expert Desk (telephonic/video-conference/direct). However, candidates must first qualify for the course-wise eligibility criteria as per admission guidelines issued by the AAFT University.

The university offers admission to diverse UG and PG programs, along with MA in English, through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) and different applicable assessments. The admission manner is accompanied by using counseling, that's predicted to be conducted by way of May 31, 2024. The admission to NEHU Shillong is based on the CUET examination, and the eligibility criteria for the course range depending at the program. The college has not yet launched the cutoff for the academic 12 months 2023-24, but as per the last year cutoff the cutoff for MA was around 82 percent in the entrance exam.

AAFT University conducts an online aptitude test also known as AAFT Global Exam. AAFT BA admission is subject to a valid score in the AAFT Global Exam followed by a personal interview from the AAFT Expert Desk. However, candidates must first qualify for the course-wise eligibility criteria as per admission guidelines issued by the AAFT University. The BA courses offered are BA in Cinema,  BA in Fine Arts, BA in Journalism & Mass Communication,  BA in Event Management, etc.

AAFT University claims a 100% placements rates for its BA students. As per the official website, a total of 117 students were placed during AAFT University of Media and Arts placement drive. The highest number of placements (72) were carried out in the School of Mass Communication. Some of the prominent companies which participated in the placements drive included Zee Media, India TV, NDTV, News24, JITM and Marks & Spencer, among many others.
