I think there is no such cutoff criteria for taking admission in Hyderabad school of Business.
One has to have a decent score in class 12 to be eligible for admission.
And talking about Post graduate courses, the criteria may vary. Because for MBA courses, scores of various other entrance exams can be considered. And then admission will be given to those having comparatively higher score. But there is no specific cutoff system.

In the areas of management and commerce, Hyderabad School of Business provides UG and PG programs like BBA, BCom, BCA, and MBA. The MBA programme offers two specialisation options. The School provides a number of programs with a worldwide advantage in addition to the conventional courses, including the BBA, BCom, BCom (Hons), BA, MBA, and many others. All UG programs last three years, whereas PG programs last two years apiece.

You are definitely going to get admission in Hyderabad school of Business with 70% in class 12th. You can be from any board, either state or Central.
Having a score of 60% and above at senior secondary level is decent enough to get admission there.
You will not face any difficulty at all. You just have to follow the admission procedure to get sucessfully admitted in the college.

Hyderabad school of Business provides decent placements with good pakages to a large number of students every year. Almost every student gets placed somewhere.
